01 // The Product Brief

Campaigns.
Not Complexity.

The client's SMS platform had a powerful API but no usable frontend. Marketing teams were relying on engineering to create and send campaigns. We built a Next.js dashboard that abstracts the API complexity into a clear three-step flow: build, segment, send.

02 // The Dashboard Architecture

Data That
Makes Sense.

The analytics view required real-time delivery rate updates, segment-level performance breakdown, and exportable reports — all without a full page reload. React Query handles cache invalidation, SWR polling updates delivery stats every 15 seconds.

  • → Campaign builder: name, content, schedule, and preview
  • → Audience segmentation: tag-based filters with live count
  • → Send analytics: delivery rate, opens, opt-outs per segment
  • → React Query + SWR for real-time data
