AI Lead Validator for HubSpot CRM
I'm Eugene Dmytriiev. I build AI-driven SaaS products: assistants, LLM features and the full-stack apps around them. I started in finance and project management, moved into engineering, and spent 13 years in outsourcing, much of it integrating HubSpot with the systems B2B teams rely on.
Finance and project management came first, so budgets, margins and running costs shape every technical call I make.
I build AI products every week, for clients and for myself, so my advice comes from current work, not from ten years ago.
Based in Valencia, working in English with B2B teams across Europe, the US and other time zones.
I hold a master’s degree in Finance and Management, and I started my career in IT on the business side: sales and project management at web and mobile development agencies. That is where I learned how projects are sold, scoped and kept on budget.
For many years I was also deep into motion graphics. I made video animations for web projects, and wanting to see them run in the browser pulled me into front-end development. During Covid I started my own agency, delivering complex web projects along with marketing and advertising services. By 2021 I had moved from motion graphics to web development completely.
In 2022 I closed the agency and moved to Spain, where I work as a creative technologist. Since then I have personally built more than 30 websites, 8 SaaS products and more than 10 internal automation tools. One of them was an AI tool that replaced the entire lead generation department of a small web agency and cut that department’s yearly cost by more than 90%.
Business first, then design in motion, then code. Each step still shapes how I build.
A master's degree in Finance and Management. It is why I look at budgets, margins and running costs before I look at the tech stack.
I started in IT at web and mobile development agencies, selling projects and then managing their delivery.
Years of video animation for web projects. Building those animations on the front end is what turned me into a developer.
I founded an agency delivering complex web projects, followed by marketing and advertising services for the same clients.
I moved from motion graphics to web development completely, while still running the agency.
I closed the agency and moved to Spain to work as a creative technologist, building websites, SaaS products and automation tools myself.
AI-driven SaaS for clients and for myself, including an AI tool that replaced a whole lead generation department, and TaskMeter AI, my own product in development.
I'll tell you when a project isn't worth doing yet, when it's overscoped, when it doesn't need AI, or when someone else should build it. That's the part clients remember.

Whether I write the code or a partner team does, you talk to me. No account manager passing messages between you and the people doing the work.
Source code, documentation and access stay yours. The goal is a system your team can run without me, with me available when you want a second pair of eyes.

Short answers to what people usually ask first.
Both. I write the code myself on most projects, and on larger ones a partner team builds alongside me. Either way you talk to me, not to an account manager.
