The client, a premium multi-venue event company, was losing enquiries to friction. Their site had no pricing transparency — prospects left without enquiring. A custom HubSpot theme housing an interactive Pricing Calculator was the answer: it calculates per-guest costs in real time and submits a fully-enriched deal to HubSpot CRM.

Every calculator submission triggers a HubSpot Workflow chain. Creation of a Deal record pre-filled with calculator values / Internal task assigned to venue manager / Automated follow-up email sequence based on budget tier / Lead score updated based on enquiry quality signals.
