That matters. Framing problems well is a valuable skill, and structured prompting absolutely improves what you get back from a model.

But asking better questions only creates leverage if you are capable of evaluating the answers at a systems level.

Someone still needs to decide how a codebase should be partitioned, how dependencies should be managed, where state belongs, how risks are isolated, and what compromises are acceptable under pressure.
